IAC uses multi-stage transfer presses and highly developed techniques to accurately manufacture deep drawn, complex anodised aluminium components.
A large amount of our work is focused on producing anodised ferrules and cans for medical inhalers and we work closely with clients to ensure that we comply with correct regulatory compliance regarding the manufacture of these items. The pharmaceutical industry is highly regulated and IAC has extensive experience and knowledge regarding the requirements for validating its products. We work closely with our customers to draw up protocols to ensure a consistent level of process and product. We develop and test our products strictly to the agreed protocols to ensure a high level of quality and confidence. Our portfolio also includes the manufacture of sheath actuators, shrouds, collars, screw ferrules for personal care pumps, lipstick sleeves and caps for mascara, all of which are the finishing touches for personal care packaging. Our design-led approach and knowledge, coupled with our leading technology, enables us to manufacture stylish yet versatile pressed and anodised aluminium components in a variety of colours and finishes for the cosmetic market. We are proud to be in association with high end brands such as Estée Lauder, Avon and L’Oréal and are proud of our strong relationship with many of the major names in the global personal care and cosmetic market. In our on-site colour matching laboratory we stock a wide range of standard colours and can also develop bespoke colours to individual customer requirements. Throughout the colour range we can offer one of four finishes on our anodised aluminium products; bright, silk, satin and matt. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide colour and finish accuracy, irrespective of quantities, offering a flexible approach throughout the product range. We continuously invest in our anodising technology to ensure rack anodising process lines are capable of delivering consistently high levels of quality and producing anodised aluminium components.
