Pressing

Using multi-stage transfer presses and highly developed techniques, we are able to accurately manufacture deep drawn, complex, aluminum components while providing enhanced surface finishes.

We have the ability to convert various grades of aluminum strip into tubular and irregular shaped components through a series of forming operations. Investment in high speed stamping presses and innovative progression tooling allows us to drive and deliver enhanced quality improvement. By employing up to 15 tool stages at any one time within the press, we are able to accurately and efficiently form the most complex components.

Anodising

We have continuously invested in our anodising technology to ensure rack anodising process lines are capable of delivering consistently high levels of quality.

Our two fully automated computer controlled lines enable us to achieve a variety of colours and finishes. A third, smaller, semi-automatic anodising plant is used for development and short specialised production runs.
